A 25% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is paid closer to your event. We'll walk you through the full payment schedule when you book.
The remaining balance is split into two payments — one due 15 days before your event and the final amount due on the day of. No surprises.
Every package includes the private venue, tables and chairs, bar service with professional bartenders, event staff, custom lighting, and use of the dance floor. Appetizer hour is available as an optional add-on (+$10/person).
Yes — you can bring your own DJ or entertainment. Any outside performers are fully the client's responsibility, and they must work with our in-house setup and equipment.
Celebration cakes and desserts are always welcome. If you'd like to bring in outside food or a full catering setup, we offer a Private Catering Access add-on — an affordable option that covers coordination and cleanup requirements. Ask about it when you check availability.
Absolutely. You can access the venue 2 hours before your event to set up decorations. Any outside decorators are your responsibility — just make sure they're done before guests arrive.

Booking Policies

Deposit & Date Lock

Your date is not confirmed until a 25% deposit is received. Until then, the date remains open to other inquiries.

Payment Schedule

25% deposit to book · 25% due 15 days before the event · Remaining 50% due on the day of.

Decoration Setup

Clients may access the space 2 hours before the event to decorate. Outside decorators are the client's responsibility.

Outside Vendors

DJs and entertainment not arranged through Cancun are the client's responsibility. Outside catering is available through our Private Catering Access add-on — ask when you book.

Alcohol Policy

Wristbands required for all alcohol service. No guests under 21 allowed after 10 PM. Bartenders may refuse service at their discretion.
